This men's only stretch class combines flexibility, relaxation and meditation. It's a full body stretch from head to toe set to relaxing music and ends with a serene meditation. This class will increase flexibility, range of motion, improves posture and reduces stress.

Somatic Yoga is a gentle, intuitive movement practice that enhances body awareness, releases trauma, and fosters relaxation through mindful effort and surrender.

Yin Yoga gently targets connective tissues like the tendons, ligaments and fascia, promoting openness and longevity. Practice slow, mindful holds to renew your body's resilience and calm your mind.

Restorative Yoga sessions are slow-paced, supported with props, fostering deep relaxation, healing, and balance—ideal for mind/body recovery, calming the nervous system and pain management.

Join us monthly for Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra—deep relaxation sessions featuring mermaid-inspired music, guided meditation, and healing vibrations to rejuvenate your body and mind.
3rd Thursday at 7:00pm

Serenity Stretch is a full body stretch from head to toe. It is set to relaxing music and ends with a serene meditation. Increase your flexibility and range of motion, decrease stress, relax your mind and revitalize your spirit. Stretch your way to serenity.
Wednesday & Friday at 8:30am

This class provides a combination of strength, flexibility, and meditation. Increase muscle strength in your core and upper body (on Tuesdays) or lower body (on Thursdays). After your workout, stretch out to increase your flexibility then relax with a serene meditation.
